CSV Enrichment

Overview:​

Enrichment is a powerful tool for enhancing your contact lists with accurate and comprehensive information. Clodura's CSV Enrichment feature is designed to assist marketing teams and sales managers who manage extensive contact lists. This feature facilitates the direct integration of contacts from Clodura's robust database into your CSV files.

How Enrichment Helps?​

Enrichment significantly augments your contact data, providing valuable details that empower your marketing and sales efforts. By incorporating Clodura's enriched data, you enhance the depth and accuracy of your contact information, allowing for more targeted and effective communication with leads and clients.

Limitations and Specifications:​

While the CSV Enrichment feature opens up new possibilities, it's essential to be aware of its limitations:

Maximum Rows: Clodura can efficiently handle CSV files with a maximum of 1,000 rows.

Exceeding Limit: If a CSV file surpasses this limit, an error will occur. In such cases, it's necessary to divide the CSV into smaller files, each containing fewer than 1,000 rows.

Accessing the Enrichment Feature:

To use the Enrichment feature, click on the "Enrichment" option on the navigation bar.

Enriching Contacts:​

Upload a CSV for Contact Enrichment:

  • Navigate to Clodura, then Enrichment > CSV.
  • Choose the "Select CSV" option.
  • Click "Edit Settings" in the "Enrich Contacts" section to manage the fields to be enriched in the CSV file. Enable or disable fields in the "Contact CSV Enrichment Settings" pop-up as needed and click Save Settings.

Select CSV:

  • Browse and select a CSV file containing 1000 records or fewer. Uploading a CSV with more records will result in an error. We recommend segmenting your CSV into files with 1000 records each for optimal processing.

Mapping CSV Fields:

  • Manually map required "CSV Column Headers" to Clodura Fields.
  • Map essential fields like First Name, Last Name, Company URL, etc.
  • Ensure mapping for at least one of the following:
    • (First Name, Last Name, Company Name)
    • (First Name, Last Name, Company Linkedin URL)
    • (Contact Linkedin URL)
    • (Email)
  • For optimal enrichment, map as many fields as possible.

Note: Incorrect CSV uploads can be corrected by re-uploading the correct file.

Confirm Enrichment:

  • Enable the toggle for Email, Direct Dial Enrichment, or both.
  • If Email Enrichment is enabled, the system will utilize unlock credits and return enriched data with email details.
  • If Direct Enrichment is enabled, the system will use unlock and search partner credits to return enriched data with email and direct dial details. Ensure sufficient direct dial credits for enriching direct dial data.

Confirm:

  • After confirmation, the system will start processing the enrichment of data in your CSV file.
  • Once completed, the file will be ready for download. Click "Done" to close the modal.

Check Progress and Status:

  • Track the progress and status. Successful enrichment with at least one matched record is required for the file to be available for download.

Enriching Companies:

Upload a CSV for Company Enrichment:

  • Access Clodura and navigate to Enrichment > CSV.
  • Select the "Select CSV" option.
  • Click "Edit Settings" in the "Enrich Companies" section to manage the fields to be enriched in the CSV file. Enable or disable fields in the "Companies CSV Enrichment Settings" pop-up as needed and click Save Settings.

  • Select CSV:
    • Browse and select a CSV file containing 1000 records or fewer. Uploading more records will result in an error. Consider segmenting your CSV into files with 1000 records each for optimal processing.
  • Records and Mapping:
    • Manually map required "CSV Column Headers" to Clodura Fields.
    • Map essential fields like Company Name, Company Linkedin URL, etc.
    • Ensure mapping for at least one of the following:
      • Company Name
      • Company Linkedin URL
      • Website
    • For optimal enrichment, map as many fields as possible.

Note: Incorrect CSV uploads can be corrected by re-uploading the correct file.

Confirm:

  • After confirmation, the system initiates the enrichment process for your CSV file.
  • Once completed, the file will be ready for download. Click "Done" to close the modal.

Check Progress and Status:

  • Track the progress and status. Successful enrichment with at least one matched record is required for the file to be available for download.

CSV Enrichment Status Overview:

On the "Enriched CSVs" tab, you can find detailed information about the CSV files uploaded for enrichment.

  • Name: Displays the file name for each uploaded CSV.
  • Type: Indicates whether the CSV is related to companies (Account) or people (Contact).
  • Progress: Shows the number of rows that have been reviewed in each CSV file.
  • Status: Reflects the current status of the uploaded CSVs.
  • Total Records: Indicates the total number of rows in each CSV file.
  • Matched Records: Displays the number of rows from each CSV file that Clodura successfully matched to an entry in the database.
  • Duplicates: Shows the number of rows in each CSV that contain duplicate accounts or contacts.
  • Download: Allows you to download the CSV file once the review and enrichment process is completed.
